When wound right arm goes up and down and eyes move back and forth. Also two monkeys on bottom near base also move back and forth. Marked made in Germany on side. Balloon vendor is holding string which contains a pack of toys including a Mickey Mouse. Some minor to moderate overall wear. Toy is dirty might clean to a better grade.
