J. & E. Stevens, touch up to face, legs and upper right quadrant of grillwork near face. Piece broken out on base to the right of inside upright. Crack on base near bottom of feet with spot weld and Spot weld 2" to the right. Touch up and probable repair to Inside upright .

CORRECTION - Repaired lattice and base plate. Internal repair.
