Model 1842 "U.S." percussion pistol by H. Aston, Middletown, Connecticut 1851. All iron surfaces are cleaned bright with no barrel proofs. Pitting at bolster; walnut stock has "tight" breaks at pistol grip; inspector marks gone on left barrel breech flat.
