In box, circa 1965, Tada, Japan, for distribution by Lone Star, England. The lot consists of a 23” long plastic, battery–operated rifle with a removable dart pistol hidden inside front grip; one of the rarest of all Bond guns, this example originally came out of a Japanese toy museum; colorful; beautifully illustrated box is clean with no corner splits and only minor creases and edge wear; gun appears to be unused, although we could not get the battery function to work, and the toy uses screws for assembly, so a repair is likely; complete and near mint as issued, including hidden handgun, two rockets, and canvas shoulder strap; has original box inserts and even the rubber bands that held it in place that are now broken; an incredible Bond piece that is only rarely offered, and among the finest examples out there.
Condition: (Near Mint).
Item Dimensions: 25" x 8â€.
