Circa 1950s, Benay–Albee Novelty Company. Painted molded thin plastic face with moveable mouth, on a 100% recycled felt cap; 1” crack at top right of his face, but no missing pieces; strong color with only very slight paint loss to hair. Scarce, strange and cool.
