In box, circa 1961, Mattel. This is the first issue of this toy, and also is among the first of Mattel's talking toy line; Casper has a painted hard vinyl face and a stuffed terry cloth body; face has yellowed, light stains on body; still speaks, but a bit garbled; the window display box is crisp, also has the extremely rare original paper hang tag, which is the first one we've seen.
Condition: (C7.5 Very Good Plus - C9 Near Mint).
