Serial No. 7007998. These short handy M1 Garand’s are often referred to as the Tanker model due to the 18” barrel and shortened stock. This rifle was produced in Geneseo, IL. It appears to be in almost new condition with a near mint walnut stock and a majority of the parkerized finish. It even has a lock bar sight. Excellent bore and action. TE1, ME.5. 30-06 cal.
