This rifle is a standard early-war military issue Model 1903-A3 Remington bolt action rifle made under the Springfield design by Remington Arms. Chambered for the .30-govt-06. Barrel is dated 9-42 with the "R.A." and ordinance bomb. Has all correct stamped parts. Stock is very good with scant grip and no visible cartouche, only the normal war-time bumps and bruises Metal retains thinned parkerized finish. ME reading is 2. Fine action.
