This custom heavy barrel bench rifle uses the Mauser action as the base. Features 27" heavy Douglas barrel chambered for the .25-06 centerfire cartridge. It has custom walnut wide fore end Bishop stock with a roll-over cheek piece, high comb, and retains virtually all of the reapplied blue finish. Perfect action. Double set triggers. Excellent bore. Recessed muzzle, sling eyes. Barrel was built without sights but does have scope blocks installed. Walnut stock is excellent with just a couple of storage scratches on the fore end.
