These rifles were manufacture from 1913 to 1934. Standard features include a 22" round barrel, full magazine, walnut stock, blued finish, and steel rifle buttplate. This one is chambered for the most desirable caliber, the .44-40 Winchester. Receiver retains approximately 85% of the original factory blue finish. Traces of color on pump rail. Excellent original walnut stocks are proud to metal and have no cracks or chips. The barrel, magazine tube, and hangers retain most of the reapplied blue finish and there is a small 1" area of pitting on right side at end of barrel. Has a near mint bore and a perfect action. This rifle would be much enhanced with proper polishing and rust bluing of barrel and magazine tube.
