This revolver was manufactured in 1853. It has all matching numbers including wedge. Gun features a 7-1/2" octagon barrel, six shot, single action, .36 caliber percussion. Overall clean gun. Barrel is basically gun metal patina with some light pitting. Barrel address partially obscured. No visible cylinder scene with some minor pitting. There is no color left on the frame. Appears to have some wiped-on finish. Traces of plating on trigger guard and backstrap. Never cleaned. Very good walnut grips with traces of varnish. Fine nipples. Working condition. Very good bore with some minor corrosion.
