Joe Pepper's first wood minnow bait, crudely made, featuring his four bladed, front mounted, unmarked spinner, 2-1/4" wood body finished in solid yellow with gold hand painted spots, through wire construction with glass bead spacers, and the original feathered treble hook mounted at the tail. There are many different variations of this bait, this one is nicer than most!
