One of the rarest of all Heddon underwater minnows is this transitional model 150 5 hook bait, finished in very early rainbow with faint blush chin and equipped with unmarked props, brass hardware, yellow glass eyes, and 2 belly weight. Given these hardware variations, this dates this early minnow to the period of transition from the 1904 3 belly weight model to the 1905 high forehead 2 belly weight model, a very short time frame. Condition shows nicely facing to the left, as well as the belly and back, however having a sliver chip to the wood along the right side between the brass cup hardware. Very few known.
