.22 rimfire with a 3-1/8" barrel. Approximately 40,000 of these revolvers were manufactured by the Manhattan Arms Company and stamped “American Standard Tool”. They were manufactured from 1860 to 1873 and are a close copy of the Smith & Wesson first model revolver. Standard features include 3-1/8” octagon barrel, seven shot, .22 caliber, tip-up, single action and spur trigger. Revolver retains approximately 98% of the original factory nickel finish, showing only light use. Grips are near mint. Action is perfect. Mint bore. Extremely high condition example of these popular Civil War pocket revolvers.
