.30 WCF caliber with a 20" barrel. Manufactured in 1949. Offered is a high condition early post war flat band standard carbine. Features 20" barrel, full magazine, hooded ramp front sight, Winchester sporting rear sight, blued finish, walnut stock and checkered steel shotgun buttplate. Manufactured with no saddle ring. Operates as new with a mint bore. This fine carbine has seen little use and retains nearly all of its original factory finish. There are a couple minor spots of wear on barrel. Barrel bands retain virtually all of the finish, as does the frame, barrel tube and bolt. Wood is excellent, never refinished, proud to metal with no cracks and only 1/4" chip at wrist and upper tang.
