Manufactured 1941. .30-30 WCF with a 20" barrel. This carbine is the last of the pre-war Winchester Model 1894 carbines. It is standard in all respects and remains in near mint all original condition. Features a 20" barrel, full magazine, sporting rear sight, hooded ramp front sight, blued finish, walnut stocks and steel checkered shotgun buttplate. The walnut stocks are near mint, all original, proud to metal, with the long forend and the non-fluted comb, no cracks and just a couple of very minor impressions. The barrel and tube retain approximately 97% original factory blue finish. Barrel bands retain 95% original blue with light high edge wear. Frame retains approximately 97% high polish factory blue finish. The lever retains approximately 60% original finish with some light toning at base. Action is perfect. Strong shiny bore. Even the bolt and loading lever retain virtually all of their original factory finish. This fine pre-war carbine has seen very little use and it would be a hard to find a nicer pre-war example.
