This lot of 2 tin toys includes 1 - helicopter toy that was manufactured in Germany by Biller and has wind up mechanisms in the helicopter to turn the blades and one in the base to rotate the helicopter, and 1 - toy manufactured in Japan by Horikawa for Cragstan that has a battery-operated ICBM missile launcher with a periscope style sight. The other part of this toy is a fan powered target unit that supports a polystyrene target ball. The wire connecting the missile unit to the target unit is broken.
