4" barrel chambered for .38 Smith & Wesson caliber. Manufactured in 1951. Referred to as the "K-38 Combat Masterpiece" or a Pre-Model 15, it is built on the 'K' target frame. Standard features include six shot, double action, blued finish, case colored hammer and trigger, silver medallion checkered grips, with a Baughman quick-draw sight. Hammer and trigger retains the majority of their original case colors. The muzzle shows light high edge wear. Cylinder has light drag line. Light high edge wear at frame. Retaining approximately 95% original factory blue finish. The grips are a replacement as this revolver would have been offered with black disc diamonds. Fine bore and action.
