4" barrel in .357 Magnum caliber. Manufactured 1978 to 1980. The New York State Police order is listed in the Smith & Wesson standard catalog. Features six shot, double action, matte blue finish, red ramp front sight, target rear sight, case colored trigger and hammer, and silver medallion checkered grips (not numbered). Gun retains approximately 93% original factory blue with most of the apparent wear on the cylinder, which is thinning and has light drag line, and light muzzle wear. Strong colors on hammer and trigger. Fine action and bore. Excellent grips.
