Late 1800s. Possibly a striker lighter. Very detailed with a very nice patina. A magnet does not stick to it. There is just incredible detail to this piece as you can see if you look at his hair, teeth and especially eyes. The opening only goes down about 1 - 1/2".
Condition: (Excellent).
