Barrel length 24", .250-300 Savage. Rifle features: blued barrel and frame, with case colored lever, checkered walnut stock with pistol grip cap, steel shotgun butt plate. This is a pre-tang safety model with brass cartridge counter on left side. Sling eyes. Ramp front sight with brass bead. Filler in rear sight slot. These rifles were factory drilled and tapped for a scope. This rifle sports a Weaver K1.5 scope and Weaver mounts. Barrel and frame retains approx 98% original factory blue finish. Brilliant case colors on lever. Strong rifle bore and perfect action. Wood is near mint with razor sharp checkering and round fore-end. Made in 1956-1960.
