Caliber 12 bore, 30" Barrel length. Solid frame, none takedown Model 1897 manufactured in 1908. All metal surfaces are a rich dark patina. Has an 18 groove round walnut forend with a small 3/4 stress crack and a square knob walnut butt stock (wrong style) with a 2" stress crack on both sides of rib. Incorrect composite butt plate. Fine action, missing the plug with a clean shiny bore. Perfect working condition.
