Chambered for the .38 Super Cartridge. Barrel length 5” Manufactured 1952. This pistol started life as a standard commercial early post war 38 Super in 1952, with standard blue finish. A Bomar adjustable rear sight has been added along with a Patridge high front sight. Other custom features include: a stippled front grip strap, adjustable serrated trigger. This post war super featured the polished blue sides with the matte finish top and base. Approximately 90% of the original finish remains. Has fully checkered walnut prewar style right grip panel, left grip panel has a black composite combination thumb rest and there is a rail scope mount. Scope is a Gil Hebbard with Weaver mounts, fully adjustable, standard cross hair with dot center and perfect optics. Fine bore and action.
