Gun A) Is an early Marlin Model 336A, chambered for the .35 Remington cartridge. Serial #J37320. This quality early rifle features a 24" barrel, half magazine, ramp front sight, rear sight removed, hammer extension, blue finish, pistol grip walnut stock, sling swivels and a Marlin black composite butt plate. This rifle is topped with Weaver mounts and a period unmarked scope with very good optics, standard cross hair. Metal retains approximately 95% original factory blue with most wear bottom of frame and lever. Light muzzle wear. Excellent stocks, no cracks, with some minor age spotting. Fine bore and action. Gun B) Early J.C. Higgins, Model 20, pump action shotgun, 12 bore, 2-3/4" chamber, JC Higgens adjustable choke, vent rib, two bead sight (middle missing), hardwood stocks, pistol grip, JC Higgins red rubber recoil pad, owner shield in stock. Barrel retains 90% original blue with age freckling. Receiver has quite a bit of aging, toning, freckling, spotting, with rust on left side. Good bore and action.
