6-1/2" barrel in .44 Remington magnum caliber. This early four-screw was manufactured in 1957-58. Standard features include red ramp front sight, adjustable rear sight, six shot, double action, fluted cylinder, case colored target hammer and trigger, high polish blue finish, and Smith & Wesson silver monogrammed diamond checkered walnut grips with black discs (no serial number in grips). Cylinder has matching number. Perfect action and bore. Revolver has seen some use with a light drag line, is thinning on high edges of cylinder, light muzzle wear, and light high edge wear on bottom of frame and yoke. Still retains fully 95%-96% of the original factory high polish finish. Grips are excellent with some minor finish loss and pencil-lead chip on the top rear of the left panel.
