Hand-painted. Wind-up. Two airplanes on one side are approximately 3" L. Hot air balloon with figure inside is approximately 5" T. When wound airplanes and balloon go around tower. Celluloid figure inside balloon is probably not original. Minor chipping and wear to base. Some paint restoration.

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
