24" barrel in .44-40 WCF. This standard rifle was manufactured 1882 in the popular .44-40 caliber. Features full octagon barrel, full magazine, blue finish, sporting sights, walnut stock, and rifle buttplate. Has sharp barrel legends. Barrel and tube are a smooth brown patina. Receiver is soft gun metal grey. Walnut stocks are excellent, proud to metal, with no cracks. Barrel has visible rifling and was relined at one time.
