26" barrel in .44-40 caliber. Manufactured 1884. The offered rifle is 2" longer than standard and features the full octagon barrel, full magazine, walnut stock, and rifle buttplate. All metal surfaces are clean grey patina with age spotting. Sharp barrel legends. Nice case colors on hammer and lever. Walnut buttstock slightly shy to metal with usual abrasions. Silver dollar-sized denting on left side. Left side of forearm is missing 1" sliver. Strong bore. Hammer does not stay cocked when worked by lever, but does stay cocked manually.
CORRECTION: This firearm is quipped with a single set trigger.
