This lot is of a reproduction high boy, done in the Queen Anne style. At the top of the high boy, there are three finials. Two of which are styled like a flame, while the central one is much more ornate and has a bean in the center. Beneath the central finial is a "hidden" drawer with a shell on it. The remainder of the top of the high boy consists of drawers with pull handles and key holes. Another "hidden" drawer with shell motif, is present on the base of the high boy. On the skirt of the high boy, is another shell. The knees of the legs are ornately carved and each of the four legs possess the claw and ball motif, that was popular during that time. This piece also bears the Williamsburg Restoration mark reproduced by Baker. This plaque states this same information also noting that it is pattern 8807 and No. 25, is present on the piece. The high boy is circa 1960. Overall this lot is in good condition. There are nicks and notches chipped out along with some scratches.
