This two handled stoneware crock, with greyish mottled base glaze, has a bird perched atop of a branch in blue glaze. Above the bird, 4 Whites.Utica are partially stamped into the clay. This crock is approximately 11-1/4 x 12-1/4 inches at its widest. It has a flat base and the interior of the crock painted in a brown glaze. The front of the jug is in good condition however there are many places where there are chips of clay missing along with the glaze. There are cracks along the handles and some brownish orange mottled spots along the base.
