4" barrel in 9mm caliber. Manufactured 1981. The Model 39-2 featured the alloy frame with the steel slide. It is a double action, eight shot, semi-automatic. This model was introduced in 1954 and was made continuously until 1982. It remains in near new condition with factory nickel finish and blue accents, but does show usual storage marks on nickel finish. The checkered wood grips are excellent but there is a small chip on left panel. Comes in its original blue box numbered to gun.
