Caliber .41 RF, Barrel length 2". Approximately 7,000 new line revolvers were manufactured between 1874 and 1879. The offered revolver is the rare .41 RF caliber with etched panel, factory nickel finish with walnut birds head varnish grips. Fire blue trigger, hammer, and screws. This revolver has never been fired, has no cylinder burn, retains nearly all the fire blue small parts, and retains virtually all the original factory nickel finish. Grips are mint, bore is mint. Only visible sign of wear is some extremely minor finish bubbling at forward left top edge of frame. Two small nickel flakes at muzzle. It would be impossible to find a higher condition .41 Deringer in this series. Simply breath taking.
