20" barrel in .30-30 caliber. Manufactured 1926. the classic .30-30 Saddle Ring Carbine features full round barrel, full magazine, two bands, post front sight, folding carbine ladder rear sight, saddle ring and stud, blued finish, walnut stocks, and carbine buttplate. Barrel and tube retain approximately 50-60% original blue with sharp barrel legends. Finish is thinning to brown patina. Rear portion of frame on both sides retain 20-30% original blue, balance turning a grey-brown patina. Stocks are excellent, proud to metal, with an added coat of finish. Action is fine. Strong clean bore. Far above average classic.
