.31 caliber percussion with a 4-1/2" barrel. This revolver appears to be a Remington new model pocket revolver and may very well be with the markings removed at time of engraving. The barrel has border engraving while the frame and cylinder have scroll engraving with border engraving on back strap. It has old bone grips and metal that is basically in the white. Features five shot single action, spur trigger. It is housed in a crude home made case with a reproduction flask, some caps and an old fixed blade knife.
