Possibly by Muller & Kadeder, circa early 20th century. A combination of hand painted and lithographed tin featuring 3 seated bisque headed dolls that revolve when the mechanism is wound(not functioning). Great lithography to the carousel marquee with red painted supports and a cream base. The dolls appear to be in original clothing and although there is paint loss/flaking most notably to the cream colored base this is still quite an attractive toy. Lacking top flag.
