Early French bisque head with multistroked eyebrows, set glass eyes, open mouth with upper teeth (brown circular molding flaw under lip), replaced skin wig (needs to be reglued); Jules Steiner walking and crying mechanical body works (discoloration on torso) with composition arms (some finger wear) and legs, but head needs to be reattached; with original Paris toy store label.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
