Early bisque socket head incised “S H 1 861” with solid dome head featuring multistroked eyebrows, inset blue glass eyes, painted upper and lower lashes, closed mouth, pierced-in ears, original blonde mohair wig with braids; on original cloth body with bisque shoulder plate and lower arms; wearing her original regional costume with underwear, shoes, stockings and hat (some deterioration to silk skirt and apron). Along with a vintage Victorian-style velvet upholstered chair and a period antique pedestal table with octagonal top and antique accessories, binoculars, powder puff box and beautifully engraved locket. Fantastic and desirable doll in a lovely setting!
CORRECTION: There is a tiny white speck on the doll’s right cheek.
