A well executed, monochromatic perspective rendering of Helena, as it existed in 1890. Additional vignettes of important properties and additions are below. The map is nicely matted and framed behind glass. The outer edge of the frame has some damage, including all four corners. The rest of the frame is quite handsome and in very good condition, although it should be noted that the hanging wire is frayed and needs to be replaced. The map itself looks immaculate.
