Blued steel barrels with solid concave rib, right barrel marked "STERLINGWORTH FLUID COMPRESSED STEEL" and other barrel marked "MADE BY A.H. FOX GUN CO. PHILA. PA. U.S.A.". Case-hardened boxlock action stamped "STERLINGWORTH" on both sides and having rocker panel engraved borders. Extractors, automatic safeties, double triggers. Plain walnut semi-pistol grip stock with hard black grip cap and checkered panels on each side of wrist; replaced black buttplate. Splinter forend with diamond shaped panels of checkering. Good condition. Barrels retains nearly all of blue finish with some wear on edges of rib and light scattered spotting and surface rust overall, twin beads. Action retains about 70% bright case colors with some wear on bottom of action and on trigger guard tang. Stocks are very good with scattered marks from use and some losses to finish, buttplate missing about 1" at toe. Excellent bores, left bore with some spotting.
