Manufactured 1929. Round blued steel side by side barrels with single silver bead and solid matte rib marked "PARKER BROS. MAKER. MERIDAN. CT. U.S.A. VULCAN. STEEL.". Case hardened boxlock action with engraved rocker panel borders on each side and marked "PARKER BROS". Ejectors, non-automatic safeties, double triggers, and blued trigger guard. Replaced varnished partially figured walnut semi-pistol grip stock with checkered panels on each side of wrist, hard rubber makers grip cap and buttplate; vacant silver shield escutcheon on bottom. Original forend with diamond checkered panels and case hardened Deeley release; sling swivel on rib beneath barrels. Excellent condition as refinished; re-blued barrels showing little or no use; bores are excellent. Action retains nearly all of re-done case colors with scattered areas of light pitting and scratches beneath finish and some wear on side of breeches. Replaced buttstock is excellent; original forend is very good with a few dark spots beneath refinished surface.
