Cast metal electric shock device in the form of a British sailor. This machine operates with British pennies. User holds the sailor's right hand while pushing the left hand back to receive a shock and illuminate the sailor's eyes. Has scratching of paint from use. Has been repainted. Circa 1910. Includes 2 keys.
