This revolver was manufactured sometime between 1980 and 1983. The Model 25 is also referred to as the Model 1955 Target Heavy Barrel. Production of .45 Colt began in 1977. Revolver is built on the N target square frame. Has a factory nickel finish, pinned barrel, non-recessed chambers, adjustable rear target sight, ramp front sight with red insert, and case colored wide serrated trigger and target hammer. The Smith & Wesson logo grips are dated October 28th, 198*. The cylinder shows only light cylinder burn with drag line, otherwise shows in near new condition inside and out.
