In excellent condition. Is made of plaster and metal with a clear plastic cover. With a neon tube around the inside perimeter. I have sold a few of these over the years but never in this kind of condition. This has to be a NOS piece. If it was used, it was placed out of the sunline and kept clean. Neon tubing is original and looks great.
