These popular pocket sized semi automatic pistols were all the rage during the 1920's and 1930's, and were a favorite handgun of the gangland during Prohibition. The 1908 was numbered in its own serial range and this pistol was manufactured in 1926. Featuring a factory blue finsih with checkered walnut grips and silver medallion as the original Colt marked "TWO TONED MAGAZINE" has razor sharp edges, near mint grips, approximately 98% factory blue with fine bore and action. Pistol does not appear to have seen much actual use, rear backstrap has some very minor age freckling with a couple of scattered age spots but remains near new condition inside and out in its original numbered box with proper top end label and instruction booklet. In larger .380 caliber is extremely desirable, original box is very good with some tape repair and busted apron but is near complete.
