Sign is framed without glass and shows a woman wearing the Foster hose supporters. It is titled "The name is on the Buckles". Sign was made by F.F. Pulver Co., Rochester, New York. There is a small crack to the celluloid on the top right mounting hole and there are a few very minor spots that may come off once the piece is cleaned. This is a very nice example.
