Manufactured by Krieghoff for the German Luftwaffe. 1938 chamber dated Luger. Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADN", center toggle link marked "H / (anchor) / K", correct "(eagle) 2" Waffenamts. This is an all matching numbers gun. The FXO 122 magazine is numbered to the gun. According to Randall Gibson on page 170 of his book. It states that FXO 122 magazine is not the correct magazine for this gun. Gun retains approximately 89% of the original factory applied blue finish, straw small parts and high edge and holster wear. Ritzmann brown checkered grips with sharp checkering. Great bore with sharp lands and grooves. A scarce gun. It is not listed in Gibson's book. Approximately 50 of the 1938 dates were delivered to the Luftwaffe.
