Manufactured by Krieghoff for the German Luftwaffe. 1942 chamber dated Luger. Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADN", center toggle link marked "H / (anchor) / K", correct "(eagle) 2" Waffenamts. This is an all matching numbers gun. Gun retains approximately 98% of the original factory applied blue finish, straw small parts and high edge and holster wear. Mauser type black Bakelite checkered grips with sharp checkering also has a correct and matching number FXO magazine with aluminum bottom. Great bore with sharp lands and grooves. A scarce gun. It is listed in Gibson's book by serial number on page 74. Estimated production is 300 guns.
