Brass frame with nickel plating retains 98% original finish. Octagon to round barrel is basically a smooth, plum patina. Has wind-drift front sight and intricate adjustable rear sight. Features checkered trigger and heavy nickel plated butt. Has a sash hook on trigger guard, two piece checkered walnut grips, wide weighted and plated buttcap. Only about 6,000 manufactured total. Perfect action. Strong, clean bore. Extremely nice example of this seldom seen Stevens target pistol.
