These scarce arms are a featured chapter in Chris Curtis’s book on the Lefaucheaux style revolvers. One is a lovely engraved and nickel plated model with a 4” barrel, 9mm caliber, ornate gutta percha grips, six shot with standard trigger. It was made in Belgium and most of its original factory nickel finish. Bottom of barrel is stamped WY17. It is in fine working order. Nicely engraved on frame and cylinder. Grips are near mint. Nice Civil War era pinfire. The second revolver is a double action, folding trigger 7mm caliber with a 3 ½” barrel. Made entirely of brass , the frame and cylinder are factory engraved. It has a strange, almost homemade looking devise to retain ejector rod. The cylinder walls are very thin and one has broken through. It does index fine . There is a chip out of top right grip. A nice pair of Civil War era revolvers.
