Used by old time barbers, this vintage hot towel sterilizer is made of copper with an ornate brass marquee. Manufactured by the Chisholm Company of New York- its prime features are its round globe, upper lid which descends into the spherical roof, and brass fittings for water, steam or gas, etc.. The tube that measures steam is made of glass. Unfortunately, this particular piece does not include a stand. Visible scratches throughout and minor dents.
